Renewal Parts Specialist

TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company is seeking a highly organized Renewal Parts Specialist to support our aftermarket and renewal parts operations. In this role, you'll coordinate customer orders from start to finish, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure all contractual requirements are met while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Manage renewal parts orders from receipt through shipment.
- Process customer orders following established company procedures.
- Gather and verify all information required to complete shop orders.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production Planning, Quality, Accounting, and Sales to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Review and process customer change requests, pricing updates, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor order status and communicate shipping dates and schedule changes to customers and Field Sales.
- Coordinate production reschedules and maintain accurate order documentation.
- Prepare all required shipping and contract documentation prior to shipment.
- Meet with customers, inspectors, and field representatives as needed.
- Maintain accurate shipping information and approvals.
- Support inventory and renewal parts documentation for TECO-Westinghouse motors.
- Assist in training new team members as the department grows.
- Participate in an on-call rotation outside normal business hours as required.
- Maintain compliance with company safety, quality, and ISO 9001 standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in contracts administration, customer service, order management, operations, or a related business function.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or aftermarket parts is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Contract administration or order management experience.
- Knowledge of production scheduling and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Production, Finance, Quality, and Sales teams.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
